- Client or You means any person or business purchasing or using our services.
Service Cancellation
- You may request cancellation before the project or service has commenced.
- Once planning, design, development, consultation, or implementation has started, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Refund Policy
- Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- If work has not yet started, a full or partial refund may be approved.
- If the project has already commenced, any approved refund will be based on the amount of work completed.
- No refund will be provided after the successful completion, delivery, deployment, or approval of the project.
- Approved refunds, if applicable, will normally be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

- API Integration Charges
- SMS or WhatsApp Credits
- Maintenance Plans after commencement
Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing all required content, images, documents, credentials, and approvals on time.
- Project delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds.
- Additional work requested outside the agreed project scope may incur extra charges.
Third-Party Services
Rajeshwar Infotech is not responsible for refunds related to third-party services,
including but not limited to:
- Domain Registration
- Hosting Services
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Payment Gateway Charges
- WhatsApp Business Platform Charges
- SMS Gateway Charges
- Cloud Service Providers
Refunds for such services are governed by the respective third-party provider's refund policy.
Exceptional Circumstances
- If Rajeshwar Infotech is unable to start the agreed project due to reasons solely attributable to us, a refund may be considered.
- Any approved refund will be processed according to this policy.
